Rebuilding project Matt Clement is starting to get a lot of interest from around the league. Clement is 33, and has had labrum surgury in the last year. In September, he was seen topping out at 87 mph. With a little bit of work, and an oppurtunity, Clement could turn into a nice bargain.
Clement will probably be looking for atleast $2-4M garunteed, with a pile of incentives. The Padres and Royals are the first known teams to be interested.
