Phillies Re-Sign J.C. Romero

The Phillies have re-signed left handed pitcher JC Romero to a three year contract worth $12M. The deal also includes an option worth $4.75M. I'm kind of unsure about this signing. Romero keeps the ball on the ground,which limits home runs, but his walk rate is terrible. Romero overall is an ok pitcher. I don't think that he's worth $4M a season, but he can be a decent reliever. I hope that the Phillies know what they are getting theirselves into with Romero.
