Jays May Offer Arbitration to Towers

Most of us know that Josh Towers has pitched terrible the last couple seasons, and should see his $2.9M salary from last year jump to $3-4M. Towers probably could make something out of his career in the NL. JP Riccardi probably knows that and will shop him to the NL. The Rockies, Padres, and Phillies would have interest for sure.
