Blue Jays GM JP Riccardi has said a few interesting things to the media over the past baseball season. From lying to the public about BJ Ryan's injury status to questioning AJ Burnett's manliness. Notice how both were signed in the same offseason two years ago.
Today Riccardi said that if he was blown away by an offer, then he will make the trade. Burnett can opt out after this season and become a free agent. He will make $12M this season so he is affordable. I could see a lot of teams talking to Riccardi. Burnett has a no trade clause for 15 teams.
