Should the Jays Trade a Youngster?

An interesting thought. Should the Jays trade one of their stud young pitchers in Shaun Marcum or Dustin McGowen? Shaun Marcum has to be at very high value right now, and is an excellent turning 26 in December year old pitcher. Marcum posted a 4.13 ERA with a 12-6 record in '07. Marcum has a higher than average home run rate, but could land a decent player in return.

Dustin McGowen has proved that he has remarkable stuff. His ERA was over 4, and he only had a 12-10 record, but his near no-hitter earlier in the year was proof.

I really think that trading one or both of these pitchers would be the right move for the Jays. I would like to see both of these pitchers grow into amazing pitchers, in a Blue Jays uniform.
