O's and Royals Leading for Guillen

It's believed that Baltimore and Kansas City are leading for Jose Guillen's services. I noted a couple days ago, that the Royals had interest in Guillen, but Baltimore is coming from left field, where Guillen would likely play. Not a bad showing for Guillen despite the steriod allegations surrounding him. Maybe he could get his three year deal worth $30M or more as he had originally wanted.
