Twins Get Monroe

It's official. The Twins have traded a player to be named later to the Cubs for OF Caig Monroe. Monroe was someone who could have been non-tendered a contract, so the Cubs basically get something for nothing. Monroe on a one year $5M commitment seems less scary compared to other free agent options. Monroe could potentially be Torii Hunter's replacement.
