Jays Re-Sign Matt Stairs

Matt Stairs has found a new home and will be there for two more years. $3.5M over the next two years is what was expected. It's thought that Stairs was brought in to platoon with Adam Lind in LF. That leaves out Reef Johnson who is a candidate to be non-tendered in the next while. Adam Lind has shown he has power potential, but has to bring is average up to a .275 type of thing to earn himself the pitcher's respect. Matt Stairs thrived with the unexpected playing time and played really well. A question, how can two left handed hitters platoon?
